Position: Temporary Laborer FLSA Status: Hourly, non-exempt
Department: Security/Housing/Maintenance Job Status: Temporary (40hrs. week)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Salary: $15.00 per hour
But can vary as needed to perform duties as assigned.

This position is located at 601 East College Drive, Winnebago, NE, 68071
Purpose of Position:
The Laborer will assist in recaulking the Winnebago Public Library/Little Priest Library building. The work will be performed under the supervision of the Little Priest Tribal College Maintenance Department. This temporary position will end upon the completion of the project.
This position is for 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, for a total of 40 hours per week. Must be able to work the day and/or evening hours. There may be times when later nights, long hours, or weekends are required.
Job Responsibilities:
Caulking
Remove the existing caulk with a sharp/power tool.
Clean the surface to remove all traces of caulk and debris.
Apply new caulking.
Other
Set up and take down the work area to properly secure all supplies and equipment of Little Priest Tribal College.
All other duties assigned to aid in the completion of the project.
Qualifications:
Ability to work outdoors during high temperatures.
Ability to work at heights of up to 50 feet.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to eight hours per shift.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to safely use sharp tools and power equipment.
Good attendance and report to work on time.
Caulking experience is a plus but not required.

Condition of Employment:
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background screen.
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
