ETSU at Kingsport is accepting applications for temporary, part-time staff members to fill the clerical needs of the Kingsport campus.

This position may be responsible for:

• Directing guests, faculty, staff, and students as needed.

• Answering phones and directing calls.

• Monitoring the ETSU at Kingsport email.

• Maintaining all informational bulletin boards.

• Monitoring and updating ETSU at Kingsport social media as needed.

• Assisting with set up, execution, and tear down of student events.

• Maintaining inventory of promotional items.

• Assisting Office supervisor and Coordinator.

• Assisting with office coverage at ETSU Kingsport Downtown as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma.

• Minimum of two years experience in an office setting.

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications Salary $15 per hour, 20 hours per week
