Cordially greets visitors and clients upon arrival. Ascertains visitors and or visitors needs and directs them
Provides assistance to visitors by obtaining wheelchairs or other services as needed.
Direct or accompany visitors who need help to their destination within the health care facility.
Keep the front desk area clear and unobstructed for visitor walk-in, drop-off and pick-up.
Monitors the overall appearance of the hospital entrance (notify maintenance staff of any obstructions or
clean up as needed). Contact Security, Environmental Services, or Facilities Management, for assistance when
Assist visitors to help call for transportation as needed. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High School graduate, vocational school or possession of an approved high school equivalent certificate. Previous office experience in a medical setting preferred. LICENSURE AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS: N/A

interruptions. This person must be able to work well under pressure and deal with co-workers in a
courteous and professional manner. Good public relation and communication skills. Computer literacy and proficiency. Preferred Bilingual English/Spanish. PHYSICAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to

This person must have the ability to write and speak clearly using the English language to convey information
and be able to hear at normal speaking levels both in person and over the telephone. Specific vision abilities
required by this job include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Generally, the working
conditions are good with little or no exposure to extremes in health, safety hazards and/or hazardous materials.
