THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION THAT WILL LAST Four To Six Months (4-6 Months) with the potential to be TEMP-TO-HIRE

Wonderful Orchards is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join the team located in Shafter, CA!

The Role:

The Fleet Administrator supports and assists in maintaining computerized fleet maintenance information systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintenance of equipment information for all company vehicles, including vehicle preventive maintenance/repairs, vehicle assignment, and equipment accounting.

  • Insure compliance with DMV, DOT, and other agencies

  • Perform routine audits of our safety and compliance records

  • Processes various interfaces for equipment usage, equipment billing, etc.

  • Troubleshoots system and reporting issues.

  • Creates/Maintains fuel keys for company vehicles and contractors.

  • Performs periodic fuel inventory

  • Supports shops with various work order processes.

  • Monitors and renews various licenses and permits including DMV registrations, titles, etc.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll bring to the table:

High school degree or GED equivalent and 3+ years of job related experience in general business

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Ten-key

  • Knowledge of DMV policies, procedures and standard accounting practices preferred

  • Experience with Oracle, reporting tools and other asset maintenance software preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • High organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred
