We are looking for a/an Temporary Documentation Coordinator to join our FE_WIBU team in United States
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
This role is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave absence from July 2024 - January 2025 with the possibility of becoming full time after the contract has ended.
Reviews schedules, submits project specific documentation, and maintains document tracking records.
Revises documents per customer requests using knowledge and feedback from Project Managers and other departments as necessary.
Acts a s a liaison between the Project Management team and other departments to obtain information to complete project specific documents.
Maintains Project Management's calendar for special tests, witnesses, and inspections.
Handles Project specific change orders in SAP and maintains all records.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in related field preferred.
Able to work under time constraints.
Highly competent in MS Office products and Adobe.
Ability to navigate SAP and SharePoint.
