Job Description

Temporary Document Scanning Technician

About the Position: The individual selected for this position will work in the Human Resources division for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services. This position works under administrative direction and performs confidential clerical office work. The primary duties for this position will be scanning documents for storage.

Job Type/Salary:

• Annual Salary is $16.5865 hr

• Primary Working Hours are re flexible

• 16 -20 hours per week

• The office is open Monday

• Friday 8 am

• 5 pm.

• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor's degree or four years of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Requirements:

• Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver's license)
