We are seeking a Data Analyst

  • Talent Acquisition to provide consultation, insights, analysis and reports by leveraging solutions and systems data, market and competitive intelligence and benchmarking research to support Talent Acquisition with strategic planning and decisions, TA success measurements/metrics/results/ROI and business outcomes. Regularly identifies, designs and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of talent acquisition data to reveal critical insights, enable actionable decisions, develop strategies, adjust tactics and tell the story of the value of the TA function. The TA Data Analyst maintains "expert" status in recruitment and marketing data and reporting capabilities of the systems, solutions and vendors. This position identifies, designs and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of enterprise wide talent acquisition strategies and partners with HRIS to make connections to the people strategy. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes a team concept and reflects the PSJH mission and core values.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provides analysis and reporting for of Talent Acquisition data for the purpose of strategic planning and decision-making by TA, HR PSJH leaders. Enables TA and HR leaders to tell the story of the value of TA and the hiring of talent through data.

  • Works with HR, Finance, Marketing, and TA vendors to analyze data using various systems, data sources and benchmarking research to develop new intelligence and insights to support TA.

  • Ensures validity of data including identifying and reconciling discrepancies in intelligence from multiple reporting sources and/or systems and/or conducting period audits to improve data quality.

  • Maintains process workflows, data models, system decisions, designs and procedures related to TA systems, solutions and related functions.

  • Shares and implements industry best practices for accessing, analyzing and disseminating data.

  • Maintains credibility and strong relationships with TA stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiting teams, and HR leaders.

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education /experience

  • 5 years' Experience in an HR, TA, Finance, Sales, Retail, Supply Chain, Technology or Marketing or other business environment working with data and reporting

  • 3 years' Experience extracting data, or creating reports and/or using a variety of reporting tools and data sources (Examples include: SQL, Tableau, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), PowerPivot, Power Query Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs and other systems with reporting and data)

  • 3 years Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques ; Advanced analytical skills with the ability to assemble, organize, examine and present significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience developing outcome-based analyses used by leaders for strategic planning and decision making; Experience educating others on data analytical techniques and concepts.

  • 3 years' Experience creating presentations, presenting and communicating outcome-based analyses to senior leaders for strategic planning and decision making; Skilled at building credibility and effective relationships with a variety of stakeholder groups;

  • 2 years' Experience developing outcome-based analyses used by leaders for strategic planning and decision making; Experience educating others on data analytical techniques and concepts.

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office- Outlook, Excel, PPT and Word

  • 3 years' Experience leading projects to improve data and analytics solutions and outcomes. Preferably using an established project management methodology.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques; Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to assemble, organize, examine and present significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in an environment with ambiguity and ongoing change; Skilled at building credibility and effective relationships with a variety of stakeholder groups; Demonstrated ability to gather reporting requirements and translate those to actions that meets the customer needs;

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in HR, TA or Marketing or Healthcare environment or data

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports many recruiters through a variety of tasks throughout the recruitment cycle. Tasks include but not limited to scheduling phone screens, scheduling interviews, processing applicants, completing applicant tracking, supporting Hiring Manager process and special projects. In this position you will: * With direction from the recruiter, complete applicant tracking as requested. * Respond to routine and complex questions from applicants, employees, and recruiters, including researching relevant information when requested. * Assist in the preparation of interview guides and packets for the hiring managers. * Coordinate and schedules candidate interviews, including travel as required. * Manages or supports TA and HR initiatives and projects as assigned. * Work with other members of the team to ensure consistent procedures and customer service are provided for TA customers. Required qualifications for this position include: * Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR equivalent education/experience. * Two years experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment. * Intermediate-level proficiency in the use and application of Microsoft Office Suite.
