POSTING TITLE: Temporary COVID Administrator

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct telephonic interviews with employees who are infected with SARS-COVID-19, and refer their close contacts for contact tracing, as needed.
Conduct telephonic outreach for contacts to inform employees of potential exposure.
Ensure all data collection pertaining to COVID-19, is collected utilizing approved data collection tools, procedures and security protocols.
Ensure that appropriate progress notes for all contacts are documented for each contact in appropriate tracking tool.
Monitor and respond timely to inquires received to our dedicated Coronavirus email inbox.
Show empathy to distressed individuals during a time of crisis and distress
Answer questions related to benefits/protocols
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, emotional intelligence
Ability to interact in a non-judgmental manner with culturally diverse populations and persons experiencing a wide range of social conditions
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to use sound judgment in responding to client issues and concerns
Ability to handle confidential information and follow internal protocols/process
