Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic health living practices.

• Effective written and oral communications skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel,) and basic office equipment/machines.

• Ability to use computers, spreadsheets and data acquisition programs.

• Demonstrated problem-solving techniques in community health needs.

• Ability to deal effectively with the public, health care providers, community agencies, and governmental entities.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Ability to report accurate health information.

• Ability to give presentations both to groups and individuals and to adjust presentation to best meet the audiences' level of understanding.

• Ability to take blood pressure, weight, and relevant health history information, such as vaccine status.

• Ability to work under general supervision and make responsible decisions.

• High school degree or equivalent.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
