Job Function

  • Documentsand/or updates information in the system and program databases.

  • Providessupport services for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

  • Screens,examines and verifies documents for correctness, appropriateness, adequacy andconformity to established requirements and follows up on requests ordiscrepancies.

  • On-goingdata entry of applications into statewide database system.

  • Providesinbound call support for clients.

  • Assistsin securing needed information and documents.

  • Must bedetail-oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy.

  • Performsother relevant responsibilities as required by the program.

  • Must beresponsible, able to handle confidential material and able to workindependently.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Skills:

  • Basic Computer Skills

  • Ability to Type

  • Customer Services Experience

  • Effective Communication Skills

  • Attention to Detail

  • Standard Office Environment
