Position Summary Information
Position Summary
This position will provide clerical support to the IATS Helpdesk in a multitude of ways with primary responsibilities being to assist with the answering of the helpdesk phone line and routing of helpdesk calls/creating work orders.
Performs receptionist duties by answering phones, greeting customers; providing assistance and creating information technology requests when needed.
Sorts classifies files and retrieves material electronically and or manually, collects and compiles data into a report/work order when necessary.
Performs other job related duties and responsibilities as requested/required
Minimum Qualifications
Six months as a clerk typist 1 or any combination of six months clerical experience and training. A successful interview is required. Recommended candidates must pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Office ; web maintenance; use of SAP/SourcePoint program; developing and maintaining a filing system (preferably cloud-based); ordering and maintaining office supplies; and working with diverse populations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task are also preferred.
