Kelly Services is recruiting candidates for a Temporary Claims Specialist to work with a leading healthcare benefits and payment solutions company in Fargo, ND. This position will start December 10th, will be approximately 3-4 months in length, and works 8:00 am to 4:30 pm M-F. Pay is $15.00/HR. If you have excellent computer skills, a strong attention to detail and enjoy working independently - this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Accurately adjudicate and key various types of claims
Determine eligibility of claims
Properly adjudicate claim appeals
Troubleshoot software issues accordingly
Work with Partners on claims inquires
Respond via phone or email on inquiries
Assist with other operational functions
Coordinate with other departments when appropriate
Computer proficiency required
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
Detail oriented with excellent analytical, and investigative skills
Benefit experience preferred
Understanding of HIPAA and Privacy Regulations
