• Facilitate communication between bilingual associates, teams, or departments.

• Translate internal memos, policies, and announcements.

• Language Proficiency Maintenance:

• Stay updated on language trends, idiomatic expressions, and industry-specific terminology.

• Continuously improve language skills.

• Build a comprehensive bilingual communication strategy in connection and support of the Latino BRG.
