The Clinical Recruiter (CR) contributes to AHF's mission by being instrumental in providing quality recruitment for healthcare centers nationwide. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize work, pay attention to detail, work in a fast-pace environment ad provide quality customer-service. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong communication with hiring managers, daily reporting status, souricng, cold calling & data mining . This position works closely with the HR staff and various Departments within AHF.
By being a team player, the CR will work diligently to ensure the hiring process from creating a
Point of contact for Healthcare / Clinical Recruitment.
Able to handle different types : RN, Case Manager , NP's, MA, Back Office/ Front Office, Office Administrators, Phlebotomist and other various roles within the Healthcare Center.
Ability to effectively source, negotiate, place, and on-board.
Recruiting, resposnsiveness , tracking and providing up to date reports in a fast paced environment
Full-life cycle recruitment
Excellent closing skills
Applicant Tracking System experience Icims' preferred
The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills
Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude.
Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
