Provides care in the ambulatory setting directed toward meeting both the psychosocial and physical needs of the patient. Accountable for the coordination of nursing care for surgical patients, from pediatric to geriatric age groups. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan and implement nursing care and evaluate patient outcomes.

Is compatible and supportive; and a team player. Communicates on behalf of the patient, reflects the mission, ethics and goals of the facility, as well as the focus statement of the department. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.

RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Traveler must be willing to work Thanksgiving (including Friday and weekend after) AND Christmas-New Year Day Block, (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during these holidays will not be approved. • Required Travel experience (at least 6 months) - strongly encouraged Current PALS Cert

• Preferred Profile Requirements: Work History Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) License/Certifications
