A Patient Care Specialist 2 (PCS2) contributes to AHF by embodyingour commitment to excellence in patient care and operationalefficiency. Through cross-functionality, PCS2s play a pivotal role inensuring that our healthcare center operates seamlessly and thatour patients receive the best client experience and the higheststandard of care.

A PCS2 enhances the reputation of AHF by embodying ourcommitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention,operational efficiency, and adaptability. With a versatile skill set anddedication to seamlessly transitioning between clinical,administrative, and front office roles, PCS2s contribute to a positivepatient experience, fostering trust and loyalty.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff areaccountable to multiple leaders.

The PCS2 will work as a part of a close-knit team to go above andbeyond to meet the needs of our patients and enhance the

reputation of AHF by seamlessly transitioning between performingmedical assistant clinical functions including phlebotomy, andperforming administrative duties including front office, processingpatient referrals, and identifying and verifying insurance coverage.By actively participating in cross-functional rotations, and promotingadaptability, they will be developed across multiple healthcarecenter functions, and their commitment to collaborating with otherAHF employees and departments will reinforce AHF's reputation as atrusted healthcare provider dedicated to providing compassionate,high-quality care and upholding our organization's mission andvalues.
