Responsibilities:

• Assisting with timekeeping and billing tasks, including entering billable hours, preparing invoices, and tracking client payments
• Providing general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and organizing office supplies
• Assist with overflow from other team coordinator and team leads

Education:

• High School or GED
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

Experience Needed:

• Must have experience in Transactions & Disputes
• C-Suite experience is a must
• Administrative and clerical experience
• Must have intermediate to advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience with clients and how to anticipate needs
• Must be able to handle calendars, conferences, and lots of scheduling
