1.) Promotes and sells the banks services and products while providing quality customer service.
Adheres to the Banks 5 points of service.
Cross sells appropriate products and services to clients and prospects.
Makes outbound service or sales calls via telephone and written correspondence as requested by CSM.
2.) Provides back-up coverage for operations and platform activities, including completion of necessary paperwork associated with opening and closing of accounts. Supports CSM in management of teller line coverage and schedules. Resolves customer problems and answers customer inquiries, ensuring superior customer service standards are maintained.
3.) Adheres to the Banks policies, procedures and regulations.
Receiving deposits, cashing checks, processing other related banking transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
Follows security and control protocols.
