Our tellers are the front line of the bank. You will create lasting first impressions and are responsible for the majority of customer interactions. Our tellers are personable, competent, trustworthy, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately, while engaging Simmons Bank customers in sincere conversation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create strong customer relationships while processing requests and transactions in a positive, accurate, and professional manner
Share your knowledge by identifying your customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
Build knowledge of company procedures and processes to accurately assist your customers
Compile data from records to prepare logs, reports, and reconcile cash drawer. Responsible for balancing the vault, if needed
Display passion by meeting and/or exceeding individual and branch goals
Ensure all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
