Your primary function as a Teller is to provide service to members involving the receipt and disbursement of funds. You will promote and cross sell Credit Union services. You are expected to ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service.The ability to speak Spanish is preferred for this position.


Operates on-line computer terminal, records and balances generated transactions directly by member, mail, or night drop. Provides general information to members about Credit Union Services.

Recognizes and develops opportunities to refer products and services to members, and maintain acceptable levels of Game of Work Sales goals. Knowledge or ability to balance vault, ATM, ED or EDNA, Penny, money orders, VISA cash advances, gift cards, debit card stock, daily deposit, and teller cash drawer. Process member check orders.

Create member debit cards. Continuous focus on meeting all Net Promoter Score goals and Eagle Service Standards. Keep your manager informed of member needs or desires in regard to products, services, suggestions, and/or escalations.

Open and provide member access to safe deposit boxes according to procedure in applicable offices. Miscellaneous other duties, as assigned.


Spanish speaking is preferred. High school graduate or GED.

Ability in math, 10 key calculator, and accurate cash handling. Good people skills. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union records at all times. Ability to stand while working.

Ability to accurately process transactions, balance cash daily with minimum over/short situations. Ability to determine member needs and cross sell Credit Union services.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional attitude toward appearance and attendance. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.

Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.). Sit for extended periods of time. Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.

Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers. Reach keyboards. Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).

VIEW JOBS 9/23/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-12-22T00:00 This position is accountable for the timely installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of complex plant equipment and facilities that are instrumental in the efficient functioning of automated production lines and a manufacturing facility operating on a 24 hour/day, 7 day/week operation. The incumbent is assigned jobs by the supervisor or a superintendent and is expected to complete most jobs, including those of a complex nature, with little supervision. All assignments must be carried out under stringent safety and sanitation standards. Quality requirements are constantly monitored, necessitating equipment fabrication and machine operations within specific tolerances and operational specifications to insure the delivery of food products on time and at the lowest cost by conforming exactly to the customer's requirements. Participation of employees in the implementation of improved concepts is encouraged in all production processes. Skills required include an intermediate level in proficiency in welding, plumbing, electrical repair, instrumentation, running lathes and milling machines, fabricating and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Additionally, the incumbent must own and maintain a basic set of hand tools. Must be willing to work day, swing, and graveyard shift. Some weekend work is required. Principle Accountabilities * Troubleshoot and perform repairs to equipment that has failed in a manner that minimizes downtime. * During process line downtime, perform corrective and preventative equipment maintenance per assigned schedule. * Fabricate, manufacture or assemble items as indicated on blue prints, sketches or schematics of complex objects and circuitry as requested in work orders. * Rebuild or remodel highly complex pieces of machinery such as gear boxes, motors, etc. * Maintain an appropriate inventory of parts on hand to facilitate timely repair of equipment. * Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the proper use of all repair equipment through an on-going training schedule. * May be assigned to perform specialized job functions eg: auto/forklift mechanic, construction electrician, instrumentation, refrigeration, machinist, electronic specialist etc. Although assigned to a specialized job, the incumbent will be expected to assist in areas outside of that specialty as the need arises. Understand safety regulations and procedures on all assignments. Must maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity while embodying the tenets of "What We Stand For" and "The Basic Principles." Must maintain the highest standards of data management by creating consistent, reliable data which will ensure accuracy and in turn, maximize the use of data and confidence in decision making. Proactively manage safety by ensuring compliance with all Federal and State regulations and internal Company policies. Regularly complete behavior based safety observations. Ensure unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner. All employees are responsible for upholding the principles of SQF 2000. All employees are responsible for immediately reporting any food safety, food quality or plant security issues to management for appropriate action. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: This position requires the incumbent to have advanced skills as an industrial mechanic or industrial electrician. A two-year certificate from a college or technical school is preferred. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple to complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write various types of documents including, but not limited to, instructions, training outlines, and reports. Ability to effectively present information verbally in one-on-one to large group situations. Reasoning Ability: Must be able to creatively apply experience and common sense to a variety of situations, processes, and people. Must be able to make technical decisions and support the staff on technical issues. Possess the ability to manage several projects concurrently. Be able to plan work, order parts, and coordinate downtime to complete work orders. Be able to resolve issues which may include conflicts between employees, equipment malfunctions, and variations in operating conditions. Computer Skills: Must demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office suite and be able to effectively use Maintenance Management Software.
