Responsible for delivery of superior quality service while adhering to corporate, regulatory, and audit guidelines. Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. Proactively participate in the sales/quality referral process of the branch and engage clients in conversation as directed by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1.Provide professional client service, which includes, but is not limited to: performing accurate transactions, greeting the client, smiling, using the client's name during the transaction, and thanking each client for his or her business. Refer clients to other branch team members and specialists as needed.
2.Perform the basic transactions of a paying and receiving teller such as accepting deposits and loan payments, verifying cash and endorsements, cashing checks within limits and obtaining further authorization when necessary, issuing money orders, Cashier's checks, and redeeming savings bonds.
3.Prepare individual daily balance of teller cash transactions as well as other reports as necessary.
4.Perform more complex transactions (with assistance as necessary) such as:

a. Large commercial deposits;

b. Close-out transactions;

c. Cash advances.
5.At the discretion and direction of the supervisor, responsible for collecting his or her own cash items.
6.Follow all operating procedures as outlined in Branch Operations Manual (BOM).
7.Handle proportionate volume of work based on branch demands

Required Skills and Competencies:

1.High School diploma or equivalent
2.Ability to complete teller training in required time frame
3.Demonstrated ability to read, follow written instructions and accurately complete written reports
4.Good interpersonal skills
5.Ability to use office machines and perform basic mathematical functions
6.Demonstrated ability to deliver good client service and provide team support
7.Ability to complete Bank training program for Teller
8.Capability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
9.Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required
10. Ability to speak fluent English

Desired Skills:

1.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints

Summary: Responsible for managing the selection and utilization of pharmaceuticals and supports core clinical programs such as DUR, DIS and formulary management. Pharmacist Clinical - Atlanta, GA locations preferred (PS30211) Requirements: * Researches and synthesizes detailed clinical data related to pharmaceuticals. * Prepares and presents therapeutic class reviews and drug monograph information to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. * May review and approve or deny coverage for pharmaceuticals (as permitted by state/federal law or state/federal program contracts) based on medical necessity criteria, and coordinates with Anthem or health plan medical directors as needed. * Serves as a clinical resource to other pharmacists on areas such as prospective, inpatient and retrospective DURs and provides dosage conversion and clinical support for therapeutic interventions. * Prepares information for network physicians. Primary duties may include, but not limited to: * Experience in Injectable/Specialty Drug oversight including Drug Utilization Management. * Make prior authorization determinations based upon formulary and evidence-based clinical data. * Prior authorization determinations, research, and synthesize detailed clinical data related to injectable pharmaceuticals. * This position will coordinate with the Medical Directors and RNs in the UM Department, Providers. * Provides evaluation of member Rx needs and therapies through review of medication history to determine if medications are appropriate. * Provide injectable drug medical necessity reviews covered under the Medical benefit (Part B). * Determines potential barriers to compliance and identifies solutions to overcome barriers. * Adhere to all Medicare and policy and procedures. * Ensures that providers understand appropriate use of current prescriptions. * Reviews medication requests with physicians and/or physician representatives when therapies do not meet national standards. * Serves as a resource to the clinical team in disease management and other clinical areas. * Must be a registered pharmacist; minimum 2 years of managed care pharmacy (PBM) experience or residency in lieu of work experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background * Must possess an active unrestricted state license to practice pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh). * PharmD preferred. * Unless expressly allowed by state or federal law, or regulation, must be located in a state or territory of the United States when conducting utilization review or an appeals consideration and cannot be located on a US military base, vessel or any embassy located in or outside of the US, unless they are command-sanctioned activities. * Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills. * Experience with direct patient counseling, provider interaction and/or education preferred. * Understanding of the Specialty Drug market preferred. * Clinical knowledge of Biotech/Oncology drugs preferred. * Part B experience strongly preferred. * Must have excellent PC skills (Word, Outlook, Excel). * Clinical pharmacy experience strongly preferred. * Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 8:00pm EST * May be required to work weekends and holidays on an infrequent rotating basis.
