As a teller at Wells Fargo you will spend your time interacting with customers focused on providing exceptional customer service and building relationships. You will engage customers in conversations and share ways Wells Fargo can help to meet their financial needs.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging customers in conversations, listening to them, and proactively helping to meet their financial needs

  • Asking questions to get to know the customer to build relationships

  • Introducing customers to another branch team member or sharing digital options that may make banking easier for them.

  • Working as a part of a team to help customers succeed financially

  • Following policies and procedures to minimize risk

  • Accurately and efficiently processing transactions

  • Maintaining a cash drawer including taking in and giving out cash and balancing

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience interacting with people, demonstrated through work, military, or education

Desired Qualifications

  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems

  • Ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology

  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members

  • Ability to meet or exceed performance objectives

  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs

  • Cash handling experience

  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss

  • Well-organized, independent and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines

  • Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions

  • Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting

  • Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources or military recruiting

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

This position will monitor and distribute the APN reports from the clearinghouse and insurance carriers and communicate this information back to the A/R manager. This position will also assist in the posting of contractuals, courtesy adjustments, as well as monitoring contractual analysis reports. This position will be assist with the table maintenance of the electronic billing system and clearinghouse information flow. They will be responsible for communicating billing trends to the manager as well as patient statement processing. They will be responsible for assisting with decreasing the aging A/R and help in the preparation of spreadsheets and aging analysis for meetings with insurance carriers and the re-submission of claims when needed. Position Responsibilities: * Responsible for the daily billing of claims to insurance carriers based on contract requirements. * Help train new employees with NextGen, contracts, and business office Policies and Procedures. * Monitor and distribute the APN reports generated by the clearinghouse and insurance carriers. * Help post contractual adjustments and transfer deductibles to patient accounts. * Assist with claim re-submission projects when necessary. * Work with A/R Manager, Cash Application Supervisor, and A/R Representatives to streamline billing procedures based on denial types. * Assist in maintaining the physician tables in NextGen and the Navicure. * Assist with reviewing accounts that have partial or under payments. * Clean out daily the clearinghouse rejections and claims with errors held in the system. * Act as the liaison between the field, F/O billers, and the billing office. * Assist the Clinic Manager with F/O Billers reviews. * Help handle incoming calls from patients and insurance companies regarding claims. * Post adjustments to accounts based on contractual rates and deductibles. * Review accounts to determine if billed correctly. * Assist other members of team as needed. * Treats patients and co-workers consistent with the NextCare Mission Statement, Vision, Values and Performance Standards. * Performs other related duties as assigned or described in Company policy Nextcare, Inc.
