We are looking for energetic, well-spoken market researchers to update our commercial real estate database. This position involves cold calling potential clients and online research. Calls will be made to owners and/or tenants to update building availability, lease information, and to schedule broker appointments. You must be comfortable with cold calling, update a CRM, and schedule appointments. Experience with a CRM and GMail is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Place a high volume of phone calls from CXRE's CRM each day
Schedule appointments for our commercial real estate agents and brokers
Prepare market analysis for internal use
Research and Update CRM records as needed
Self-educate on basic real estate procedures
Verify and disclose property facts

Requirements

Qualifications:

Actively licensed as real estate agent or broker (in any state)
Full Time Ability to commit 40 hours or more per week to CXRE
Previous experience in real estate and appointment setting by phone
Familiarity with real estate and CRM
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors' Degree preferred

Benefits

This position is salaried and full time based at our corporate office at 23122 Valley Ranch Parkway, Houston, Texas 77365 (North Houston).

$30,000-$40,000 base, plus incentives (salary based on experience)
