We are looking for energetic, well-spoken market researchers to update our commercial real estate database. This position involves cold calling potential clients and online research. Calls will be made to owners and/or tenants to update building availability, lease information, and to schedule broker appointments. You must be comfortable with cold calling, update a CRM, and schedule appointments. Experience with a CRM and GMail is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Place a high volume of phone calls from CXRE's CRM each day
  • Schedule appointments for our commercial real estate agents and brokers
  • Prepare market analysis for internal use
  • Research and Update CRM records as needed
  • Self-educate on basic real estate procedures
  • Verify and disclose property facts

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Actively licensed as real estate agent or broker (in any state)
  • Full Time Ability to commit 40 hours or more per week to CXRE
  • Previous experience in real estate and appointment setting by phone
  • Familiarity with real estate and CRM
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors' Degree preferred

Benefits

This position is salaried and full time based at our corporate office at 23122 Valley Ranch Parkway, Houston, Texas 77365 (North Houston).

$30,000-$40,000 base, plus incentives (salary based on experience)
