Provides technical support to external customers (for example, Walmart Stores, Sam's Clubs, Walmart Legal Departments and WM Subsidiaries.) and internal customers Fleet Safety and Pharmacy team, Auto Liability, GK/Auto Care Centers, Bodily Injury, Workers Comp, AP, any necessary claims) by entering claims and lawsuits into the incident reporting system and ClaimZone System; adding additional claimants and/or activating claims. Provides support to case managers by executing requests for lease agreements and earnings histories.
