Compensation: Between $19 and $23 dependent upon experience
Responsibilities:
Produces daily, weekly and monthly quality metrics reports
Distribute monthly quality metrics to the radiologists
Produce and distribute monthly quality metrics reporting to leadership and other Teleradiology departments
Post monthly reporting for client access
Report weekly misses and distribute data to Teleradiology team
Categorize all rereads and process accordingly. This is to be performed 7 days a week at least 3 times per day
Process all peer review results. This is to be performed 7 days a week
Process and monitor all missed cases for addenda
Monitor all new clients for image quality issues for 2 weeks and run report to obtain data
Notify new clients with image quality issues over 15% after review period
Manage anonymized cases monthly for teaching file and radiologist miss folder
Distribute client specific data to folders within OP for Client access. This is to be performed 7 days a week
Collect, manage and submit cases to JCUM for monthly article
Accurately report client interactions to CSM team
Communicate with leadership regarding challenges
Co-chief schedule and notifications
Special projects
Work with Director of Quality to obtain cases for Experity educational portal
Work directly with radiologists on reporting discrepancies
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience within healthcare operations
Knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
OnePacs experience
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
