Retrieve/post billing records from/to various sources
Maintain and distribute billing records to customers
Answer and direct incoming calls to the University Switchboard
Maintain a working knowledge of University departments and employees
Train new student switchboard operators
Maintain Department Inventory database
High School Diploma
Demonstrated experience working with Word, Excel and Access (for full consideration, Microsoft Office Testing is required by March 15, 2019; see "Additional Information" section below for instructions)
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience and understanding of quality customer service
Demonstrated commitment to a diverse work environment, including working with multi-cultural populations and an understanding of, and sensitivity to, issues affecting women and minorities
