Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Exhibits a professional, courteous demeanor and provides excellent customer service to Crumley Roberts' external and internal clients. This includes the ability to be able to multi-task and handle tasks promptly and professionally.
Must be able to effectively communicate, multi-task, problem-solve and to overall handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all staff levels and the public.
Answers incoming telephone calls quickly and professionally; determines that nature of the calls and forwards to the appropriate person or path.
Obtains preliminary information from potential clients to ensure they are transferred to the correct path.
Must be able to communicate professionally and articulate appropriate answers in all call handling situations, which include escalated matters.
Uses the case sofware system to review and enter data as needed and per departmental procedure.
Performs other office/clerical duties as needed and/or required by the Supervisor.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and three to six months related office or customer service experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
