• Familiarity with Cerner charting system Job Description:

• Monitor and assess patients with common conditions such as chest pain, atrial fibrillation, and syncope.

• Provide high-quality nursing care for a 24-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Participate in patient and family education to ensure a comprehensive understanding of care and treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and care provided.
