We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Telemarketing Associate to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on connecting with auto body shops and mechanic repair shops to promote and sell Original Equipment (OE) auto parts. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong persuasion skills and a passion for achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to auto body shops and mechanic repair shops, introducing and promoting OE auto parts.

Promote Products and Services: Provide detailed information about our product offerings, highlighting the quality, benefits, and competitive pricing of OE auto parts. Build and Maintain Relationships:

Develop rapport with prospective customers, understand their needs, and position our products as the ideal solution. Overcome Objections: Handle customer objections effectively, using problem-solving and negotiation skills to close sales.

Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Data Management:

Accurately record customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system to maintain an up-to-date database. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service preferred. Familiarity with the auto parts or automotive repair industry is a plus. Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Persuasive and confident with the ability to influence decision-makers. Strong organizational skills to manage call schedules and follow-ups. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
