Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Lmft, Lpcc, Lcsw)

Looking for Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) – Telehealth

Work from home, set your own hours, and help our clients by offering mental health services through our network of therapists! Our goal is to facilitate the connection between independently licensed mental health counselors and the most in need clients. Every client has low acuity, is stable, and has undergone prescreening.

Schedule:

• Full-time, or part-time;
• Make your own hours each week;
• Permanently remote.

Job Duties:

• Counsel clients individually via video chat to improve their mental health
• Encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences to help them develop insight into themselves and their relationships
• Act as a client advocate and help them define goals
• Evaluate clients’ mental condition, and develop and implement treatment plans using a solution-based approach based on your clinical experience and knowledge.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must hold an advanced degree of MA in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must hold active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or PsyD.
• Experience providing telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults.
• Willingness to participate in training in our evidenced based frameworks for treatment, which we call our care pathways.
• Advanced proficiency using a computer and navigating technology (Google suite, EHRs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Neat and professional presentation at all times.
• Warm, empathic, engagement skills with patients.
• 2-3 years’ experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Be comfortable to work from home with reliable internet connection and must have privacy to maintain patient confidentiality.
