Telecommunications Technician II

HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS TECHNICIAN II WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting, installation, or removals of Voice and Video endpoints.

Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for configuration, troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory

Responsible for creation, modification, and remove of Voicemail user profiles on the Voice Infrastructure.

Responsible for configuration of the Voice and Video Conferencing Systems

Responsible for responding to security incident reports

Works with customer ticket in the SupportIT ticketing system.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience

Required Technical Skills: Voice and Video endpoints

Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

Required Skills and Abilities: communication and problem solving

Preferred Skills: Skype for Business application

Location: On Site

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $38.34 - $47.45. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
