Deep understanding of complex C4ISR enterprises to apply advanced networking and hardware concepts in the analysis, study, and characterization of deployed architectures and systems. Analyze network and hardware characteristics to predict traffic, connection time, transmission speeds, packet sizes, and throughput that impact performance and operations of deployed systems. Analyze the design, optimization, and implementation of network topology and configuration within architectures and determine courses of action if the deployed enterprises are upgraded. Diagnose and recommend vulnerabilities to existing and upgrading systems. Provide systems and technical engineering and analysis support to C4ISR systems being assessed.

Required Skills

Ability to communicate with decision makers
Ability to lead cross-functional project teams
Active TS/SCI clearance required

Required Experience

5+ years of experience in complex communication systems (satellites, networking, command & control)

Desired Qualifications:

5 years of experience in advanced military communication suites
