Mandatory Skills/Experience: 8 years of experience as a Telecom Wireless Project Manager. Expertise in telecom migrations and project management in the telecom sector. Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Telecom Expense Management, ServiceNow, and project management certifications (PMP, ITIL). Familiarity with city procurement and contract management procedures.
