Job Description

A growing multi-disciplinary design-build company is seeking telecommunications designers for numerous upcoming projects in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in telecom design, familiarity with Revit, and an electrical background. This role offers a promising pathway for entry to mid-level designers to advance into a Project Manager position within 2 years, in an organization that prioritizes employee development, career aspirations, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Hard Skills

• 2-6 years of experience in telecom design

• Proficiency in Revit

Soft Skills

• Ability to grow into project management roles

• Strong relationship building skills with clients and colleagues

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Seattle, Washington and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote per week
