ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Telecommunications Analyst in the Omaha, Nebraska area with strong customer relationships.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Voice/VTC/PKI engineer to join our team in the Omaha, NE area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Proficient in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) VoIP networks.

  • Familiar with DOD/IC Voice/Video technologies and integration methods.

  • Familiar with the Defense Red Switch Network.

  • Plans, evaluates, and/or coordinates the installation of local and/or remote data and voice communications equipment such as terminals, video conferencing units, multi-point conferencing units, and Voice over IP telephones.

  • Designs entire networks or portions of networks that include selection of hardware and software packages.

  • Oversees voice network reconfiguration and billing reconciliations.

  • Ensures that all software including network control programs satisfy the communications needs covering both the hardware and software installed.

  • Manages and issues individual and system PKI certificates.

  • Ensures that appropriate network documentation exists, including operational instructions.

  • Provides regulatory monitoring and voice network analysis regarding short and long range planning for in-house systems.

  • Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco routers and switches.

Position Requirements:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience

  • Up to 35% travel is required.

  • CCNA (Voice) Collaboration

  • IAT II: Security + CE.

  • Proficient in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) VoIP networks.

  • Familiarity with DOD/IC Voice/Video technologies and integration methods.

  • Familiar with the Defense Red Switch Network.

  • Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco routers and switches.

Security Clearance:

  • TS/SCI
  • Ability to obtain a CI Poly

Years of Experience:

  • 11-13 Years w/High School Diploma
  • 5-7 Years w/Bachelors
  • 2-4 Years w/Masters

Routine clinical data collected during the provision of multiple family and school services as well as research data from NIH- and IES-funded grants are available for analysis with guidance from Dr. W. Alex Mason, Director of the TRC, and other staff members. Responsibilities: * Develops and maintains database systems and serves as an expert resource on existing systems for Boys Town Services. * Designs, develops, and implements evaluation and research projects. * Makes recommendations regarding priorities and future directions of research projects. * Serves as a senior member of research and program development project teams. * Collects, enters, and analyzes data; manages data files, ensuring accuracy and security of data. * Applies knowledge of relevant methods to research and evaluation projects from the planning stage through the completion stage. * Writes and presents regular reports on relevant research and evaluation activities to include manuscripts for peer reviewed scientific and professional journals. * Collaborates with team to prepare and present results of research projects to internal and external audiences. * Trains and consults with data collection staff at project sites as necessary. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, related area, or equivalent; Master's degree is preferred. * 3 to 5 years of experience including research. * Available to travel. * Knowledge and proficiency in program development, research methodology, and statistical analysis, and technical writing; advanced programming skills with SPSS and other statistical software. * High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills. Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills. * Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. * Ability to communicate with individuals in an articulate, professional manner while maintaining necessary degree of confidentiality. * Ability to translate complex data into understandable conclusions and recommendations. * Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment, meet deadlines, and multi-task while maintaining quality standards.
