Reporting to the Director, Unified Communications, the Telecommunications Analyst will be responsible for supporting the telecommunications operations for Columbia University Medical Center, including the 168th Street campus and remote locations.

Responsibilities include: process requests for new installations, moves, changes and disconnections; complete all end user telecommunication needs with an emphasis on PBX, IP telephony, voicemail, automated attendant build / script; contact center software programming, call recording / analytics; premise wiring / cable records, LAN technologies; process pager requests / disconnects; provide frontline support with the highest quality of customer service; maintain open communications with New York Presbyterian Hospital telecommunications technical staff; interface with other telecommunication vendors relative to products and services; monitor projects to ensure deadlines / quality standards are met; work to meet service level agreements for all services; support the installation and deployment of services at new locations; provide customers with technical support for all products and services; provide support for entering ServiceNow requisitions into charge back billing system; assist in maintaining accurate inventory of all products; and other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications for Grade
