The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for an enthusiastic, positive role model to help plan programming, assistant with teen operations, and supervise children at the Tuckahoe Y in Youth Development.

To provide leadership, supervision, and direction for programs that serve teens and their families.
Bachelor's degree highly desirable. Two years of related program experience with youth/teen programs.
Valid driver's license and good driving record required. Demonstrated ability in human relations, verbal skills and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; good PC skills to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint. CPR/First Aid preferred.
