The Team

Deloitte's SA&MA- Analytics & Cognitive practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Work you'll do

• Job description: Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of end-to-end data development with leading a team of BA's and support execution of discovery, data curation, testing and documentation

• Collaborating with other business teams to align roadmaps timelines for dependencies and holistic business objectives

• Capture, document and translate business requirements into technical documents.

• Responsible for keeping the stories in backlogs up to date, ensuring that user stories are clearly defined and prioritized.

• Proactive communication of project progress, milestones, timelines, risks, and Issues

• Strategize business needs and future roadmaps with respect to rollouts, discovery and migration plans

• Partner & proactively lead meetings with business SMEs to future scope, pre-discovery, data discovery to drive overall achievement of digital roadmap and business value generation.

• Concisely communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, incl. business SMEs, BAs, change management experts, IT, business, senior leadership to gain & move project work forward.

• Ensure business solutions are deployed, fully embedded into ways of working, and constantly improved to address changing business needs and transform and mature our business.

• Apply technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design, and performance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelors' degree is required, 7+ years of Supply Chain Management, with experience in Data analytics.

• Outstanding stakeholder management experience, superior influencing, and collaboration skills are required.

• Demonstrated critical thinking.

• Strong ability to influence without authority in complex, high-impact situations.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written).

• Strong supervisory skills, including supporting product managers and coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Experience in working with ERP (SAP), SQL, or other data and analytics tools is preferred.

• Experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions is preferred.
