A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

As the Technology Support Technician, you are responsible for providing a white glove user experience to BSNB's onsite and offsite employees. In this role, you will maintain hardware and software including mobile devices, laptops/desktops, phones, printers, audio/video and networking equipment, via phone, in person or digitally.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a hardware/software inventory, deployment of new/refreshing of old equipment, imaging machines and deployment of software/patches. You are always friendly and patient, always providing the exceptional customer service for which we are known.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Associate's degree in MIS or Information Security or a minimum of two years' equivalent IT support experience, or a combination of education and experience required.

These are the must-haves:

• Exceptional working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android)

• Understanding of Network and Server Technologies (Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure)

• Ability to adapt and learn new applications while providing support

• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office products

• Basic knowledge of Group Policy Objects

These are the nice-to-haves:

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft System Center suite of products (Configuration Manager, Service Manager, Endpoint Manager (Intune), and Operations Manager)
• Experience with PowerShell and batch file scripting
