Duties may include the following:

• Supporting video conferencing classrooms by turning on equipment and reporting problems.

• Assisting with inventory, testing, and cleaning of computer equipment.

• Answering the help desk phone, entering work orders, and resolving issues when possible.

• Support campus events through setup, operating technology, and tear down.

• Checking out and delivering equipment.

• Supporting campus projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Be a student at OHIO University or another educational institution

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 which is a grade of "C" or higher

• Basic computer literacy

• Good interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work productively without close supervision

• Ability to follow confidentiality policies
