Technology Support Specialist

The Addison Northwest School District is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to be responsible for the maintenance and repair of information technology hardware and associated software in the schools within the district.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following, but not limited to.

• Provide technical support to users

• General troubleshooting

• User account management

• Software systems administration

• Manipulation and reporting

• Deploying new devices to users

• Managing mobile devices via MDM

Qualifications:
Degree Preferred:High School diploma/Trade School degree
Experience Preferred:3+ years
Additional Requirements: Technological knowledge is paramount, but is not eclipsed by the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and at times, students. Networking skills are a bonus.
