Technology Support Specialist

We are hiring for a full-time Technology Support Specialist to work in our office in Rochester, PA.

How YOU Will Make an Impact

• Provide comprehensive hardware and software support for our on-site and remote workers.

• Assist in maintaining and installing technology items at our on-site and off-site locations.

• Applying industry knowledge to make suggestions for bettering our systems and procedures.

• Periodically training end-users in the use of our technology systems.

• Working on various technology department projects and initiatives.

• Maintaining communication for technology projects for the on-site location.

What YOU Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience preferred.

• Must have strong communication, computer hardware, network, and mobile device troubleshooting skills.

• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be organized and able to maximize efficiency to provide excellence service.

• Must have considerable experience and understanding of Microsoft operating systems.

What Will Help YOU Succeed

• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration.

• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Applications.

• Experience with Linux and Mac operating systems.

• Experience with Cisco Networking devices and/or Cisco Meraki.

• Experience working with ticketing systems.

• Experience with iOS and Android mobile operating systems.

• Experience with SIP based VoIP Phone Systems.
