The primary mission of the Brody School of Medicine Office of Medical Education is:

Support the teaching faculty and others in the process of providing an accredited program of undergraduate medical education leading to the MD degree.

To provide leadership in curriculum development, program evaluation, student assessment and medical education research and scholarship.

To work with our academic medical center partners in creating a variety of opportunities for students across North Carolina to pursue a career in medicine.

Job Duties

Brody School of Medicine's Office of Medical Education is currently seeking to hire a full-time Technology Support Analyst. This individual will assist in the migration and management of the Learning Management System, testing related data, and will also assist the Testing Administrator and serve as an alternate National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) Chief Proctor. Additionally, the position will assist in providing diagnostic solutions for hardware and software issues and support for desktops and laptops.

Minimum Education/Experience

Associate degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Technology Integration, Networking Technology, or related area and one year of experience in the information technology field related to the position's role; or Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution and one year experience in the information technology field related to the position's role; or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, math or engineering or related technical degree from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Journey level requires an additional one year of experience.
