Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) creates, finds, and supports programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and their families. RMHC strives to be part of the solution to challenging family issues today. Families are challenged with basic needs such as how to support a hospitalized child, how to afford staying together in another city while a child is undergoing treatment or even getting basic medical and dental care in underserved communities. Position Purpose
The demand for streamlined business processes, enhanced system/data security, and innovative technology to support the RMHC Global organization is growing exponentially. As an RMHC Operations Team member, this person will influence technology investments and manage critical applications and infrastructure that drive consistency, support collaboration, build capacity, minimize risk and support RMHC in achieving its Mission. Additionally, this person will steward strategic vendor relationships, design and implement technology solutions to address functional challenges, and ensure the reliability and sustainability of infrastructure to support RMHC organizational excellence.
Primary Accountabilities
The Technology Supervisor - Infrastructure, Applications & Data (Web & Infrastructure) will play a vital role within the RMHC Global Team as the subject matter expert on a subset of RMHC applications and systems, including RMHC websites and adjacent technologies (e.g., WordPress templates), web application firewalls, centralized identity management platforms, centralized logging systems, and API development and maintenance. In conjunction with the Technology Manager, this team member is responsible for collaborating with appropriate partners to design, develop, support and protect scalable, maintainable, and highly available applications/systems and infrastructure to support RMHC's business priorities. Day-to-day, this position is responsible for: configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting technical applications and platforms; managing third-party vendor relationships, including technical consultants; overseeing security, privacy, governance for respective applications/systems; analyzing business requirements; and performing system upgrades and implementations.

The expected salary range for this role is $75,700 - $94,620 per year
