Technology Strategy Analyst

• Schedule business reviews with clients, CTSI Technology Consultants and Technical Account Managers.
• Data gathering, data analysis and report generation for business reviews.
• Conduct business reviews to provide guidance and forward-looking roadmaps to clients.
• Attend monthly business reviews for key clients, record minutes and follow up with attendees with a summary.
• Be a strategic, forward-thinking, and proactive resource for clients to ensure they are able to achieve their business goals.
• To suggest, design, and lead efforts to produce value driven reporting for client business reviews.
• Assist Technology Consulting Group with client IT lifecycle management plan.

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. High School Diploma - required

2. College Experience - preferred

3. Pursuance of a Technical Communications or comparable degree preferred

BASIC SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Reading, writing, and speaking English

2. Intermediate computer skills

3. Oral and written communication ability

4. Basic telephone skills

5. General working knowledge of computer industry
