EVEREVE is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Technology Solutions Team Manager to help build and enhance our technology systems and infrastructure as we continue to grow our brand nationally.

In this role, as a part of our Technology Initiatives group, you will help address home office and store technology-related issues, collaborate on the rollout of various initiatives, and test and troubleshoot our systems. Your attention to detail will ensure the stability and security of our data and information systems and deliver the highest level of service to EVEREVE's internal and external customers. You'll have the opportunity to stretch your analytical abilities and develop thoughtful and creative IT solutions that impact and support our customers, stores and Home Office.

In this role you will lead, coordinate and collaborate in key technology initiatives that include:

  • Resolution of technology helpdesk tickets from Home Office or store employees

  • Troubleshoot team or customer-reported issues related to our internal systems, including our ecommerce or Trendsend channels

  • PCI Compliance and security monitoring and remediation

  • Office and Store technology infrastructure, including best practices for inventory management, security management and software deployment

  • Employee onboarding, including O365 / G-Suite Administration

A "day in the life" may find you:

  • Planning, directing and supporting data and workflow needs of our employees.

  • Understanding how business needs are met by each existing IT system; working with internal partners to identify ongoing or new business needs and find IT solutions to support

  • Understanding system integrations and troubleshooting as needed

  • Monitoring performance of applications and websites; identifying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues as necessary

  • Planning and testing enhancements applications and websites, and successfully launching enhancements

  • Understanding underlying website architecture and integration with ERP and anticipating changes necessary to maintain functionality and integrity

  • Being the point person for day-to-day systems administration needs, including fielding escalated user questions, making minor customizations, troubleshooting issues and working with 3rd party vendor support as needed

  • Understanding Point of Sale (POS) System functionality and integration with ERP, planning and testing enhancements and diagnosing and troubleshoot issues as necessary

  • Assisting with all IT aspects of Retail operation, including IT infrastructure, hardware, POS software and integration with ERP

  • Fielding escalated IT helpdesk questions, and solve issues as needed, or route requests to outside IT partner

  • Coordinating adjustments and fixes with partners as necessary for all IT systems

Requirements

What you'll bring to EVEREVE:

  • Degree or equivalent work experience in Technology, Business Administration, or Technical Support related discipline with technology focus

  • 4-5 years of experience in technology support role.

  • Ability to plan and lead technology initiatives

  • Creativity, curiosity, and a strong desire to add value to our customer/end-user experience. Self-driven and comfortable with uncertainty.

  • Can identify opportunities for process and/or product improvement and bringing the technical knowledge to execute.

  • A love for overcoming challenges and solving problems.

  • Experience with retail software systems or ERP

  • Experience with Magento ecommerce or similar platform

  • Sense of urgency to solve immediate issues

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities to completion

  • Tenacity and follow through to see new and ongoing projects through to completion

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster strong team partnerships
