The CS TSIInfrastructure Transformation Program Manager will have high level responsibility for managing the interdependencies in schedule, scope, cost, and quality of ERP Project Simplify, CDAX (Customer Relationship Management) and Olympia (Channel Service Delivery) programs, collectively known as "ECO". You will lead cross-functional teams of business systems analysts and technical program management resources. Along with driving these programs, you will ensure robust and solid communications & change management plans for these 3 programs. This role will interact with the 3 program PMOs for planning and execution, IT partner teams for project delivery, and business stakeholders to define and deliver on committed solutions. This role will engage heavily with vendor partners to build out the next generation of our CS infrastructure systems and tools. Responsible for program management of the ERP, CDAX, and Olympia program interdependencies and coordinating linkages between programs. Ensure that the individual ERP, CDAX, Olympia leads in each of the 4 domains are properly aligning, in particular on the following key project activities:
Integration Architecture, Design and Development
Management of Change
E2E & Integration Testing
CDAX2.1/2, Olympia and gERP Deployment & Migration
Identify & communicate issues and drive solutions crossing the 3 programs
Understand methodologies used across E, C and O
Identifies and manages top risks
Manages the ECO governance and management updates
Elevate / Escalate to ECO PM/Governance when required
Lead and coordinate all communications and management of change efforts for ERP, CDAX, and Olympia programs.
Act as the primary liaison with all governance teams to review project deliverables, timelines, risks, key decisions, executive escalations.
Provide coordination support for all 3 programs, including functional design, development, user acceptance testing, deployment.
Work with all 3 program PMO teams to align release paths, infrastructure and DevOps needs.
Adhere to the agile/waterfall methodologies and ensure business and IT teams follow required processes and standards.
Align plans, identify dependencies, track high level consolidated ECO plan & key dependencies.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree is preferred; or equivalent experience.
Training Requirements (licenses, Programs, Or Certificates)
PMP or related certifications preferred
A minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience including 2 years of systems and tools deployment and release planning
Must have solid understanding and working experience with project management principles and AGILE methodology
Must have working experience complex cross-functional programs requiring precise coordination
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines
This individual will apply the experiences in solving problems that are unique and extremely complex given budget and time constraints
This individual must work effectively with Staff to Senior Executive level employees within the function and across functions
Attention to detail and strong personal organizational skills and able to work in fast, paced, highly fluid environment
Ability to handle moderately complex projects involving integration with several systems
Track record of process improvement across various functions and disciplines
