Job Summary:

As the Technology Solutions Delivery Lead we want someone who's passionate about turning ideas into reality and will be that driving force when partnering with development teams to put quality systems and tools into the hands of our users.

This role will be a leader within an in-house transformation team focused on making impactful change to Comcast's back-office (IS) operations and improving the way Comcast executes it's go-to-market strategy through it's back-office systems and teams.

Specific responsibilities include overseeing the technical development of improvements that will benefit our newly-formed 350+ IS Solutions user community and their stakeholder teams. In addition to overseeing a team of technical resources and their configuration of key platforms (such as the ServiceNow-based Atlas application), this role will also be the lead point of contact for internal and external partner technology teams to drive integration efforts.

This person will be joining a new team within Comcast and will be viewed as a key leader in defining the culture and ways of working across our new department. Excitement about the mission of this team and the professional development of our staff will be key to success.

Additional Qualifications

  • Broad application development background with aptitude for various development platforms and languages

  • Experience leading teams in Agile delivery methodology

  • Proven coaching and mentoring skills to grow team's technical and development methodology skills

For Core Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and maintains a Disaster Recovery Plan that ensures the Company's information systems are protected.

  • Maintains a safe, clean, and neat network and server operations environment.

Technology Solutions Design Team Lead (Manager)

Summary:

As the Technology Solutions Design Lead we want someone who's excited about thinking through the best ways to improve our customer and employee experience, and has the creativity to deliver outstanding technical designs that drive real and rapid change for our people.

This role will be a leader within an in-house transformation team focused on making impactful change to Comcast's back-office (IS) operations and improving the way Comcast executes it's go-to-market strategy through it's back-office systems and teams.

Specific responsibilities include overseeing the design of Process, System, and Tool improvements that will benefit our newly-formed 350+ IS Solutions user community and their stakeholder teams. This role will be responsible for working with the overall technology solutions lead and our technology partners to define and maintain a design vision for our back-office operations from high-level Business Architecture and Data Flow models to detailed specifications for application functions, data models, and integrations. They will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of solution designers across multiple cross-functional initiatives to design the best technology solutions. As these initiatives move into development the design team will also act as a key point of contact to resolve any broader design issues should they arise.

This person will be joining a new team within Comcast and will be viewed as a key leader in defining the culture and ways of working across our new department. Excitement about the mission of this team and the professional development of our staff will be key to this person's success.

Additional Qualifications

  • Broad technical aptitude with proven experience in identifying opportunities to leverage technology to solve business problems

  • Experience with Agile delivery methodology

  • Proven coaching and mentoring skills to grow team's technical design and methodology skills

  • Talent for system design visualization through various design models and diagrams (e.g. Business Architecture Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Object Models, Entity Relationship Diagrams, etc.)

  • Cable Billing and Offer Management domain knowledge is a plus
