Our Directors and Senior Directors lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.

Experience should include multiple elements of leading and significant participation in the following:

  • IT Transformation

  • IT strategy and assessment

  • Infrastructure design and / or implementation

  • IT advisory

  • Interim IT Leadership

  • IT operations (Infrastructure, DevOps, Service Management, etc.)

  • Solution / Enterprise architecture

  • IT performance improvement & cost reduction

  • IT merger and acquisition integration and divestitures

  • Carve-out / stand up of IT function

  • Solution implementation management (packaged software, custom development, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues

  • Design, manage and drive clients' transformation initiatives

  • Determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches

  • Evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement

  • Oversee the quality of and contribute to deliverables

  • Effectively manage multiple teams and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance

  • Lead in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience (prior consulting experience is required)

  • Oversee and manage job economics

  • Identify sales opportunities and lead the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities

  • Manage, train and direct the efforts of junior team members on all aspects work

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Comfortable with travel up to 80%
