ManoByte is a HubSpot Solutions Provider specializing in Business Process Automation (BPA), CRM implementations, and AI services. We partner with companies to help them integrate, optimize, and automate their sales, marketing, and customer service processes. As a fast-growing technology company, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team.

Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Technology Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling ManoByte’s HubSpot services and AI solutions to potential clients. This is a fully remote position designed for a self-starter who is highly motivated, eager to learn, and has a passion for technology. You will work directly with prospects to understand their business challenges and offer tailored solutions that drive growth, operational efficiency, and improved customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ManoByte’s HubSpot services, AI offerings, and BPA solutions.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers and identify key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Present and demonstrate HubSpot CRM and AI services to prospects, highlighting benefits and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on messaging and solution delivery.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including pipeline management within HubSpot CRM.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, AI innovations, and HubSpot features to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Strong interest in technology, sales, and business process automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain technical products and solutions.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Comfortable with remote work and managing time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical aptitude or experience in AI services, automation, or related fields is a plus.
